David founded ESP in 1989 following a successful early career developing stock control systems for the motor trade. He has a strong technical background coupled with over 30 years experience partnering with the Golf and Leisure industries.
David has a detailed understanding of customer requirements and a solid track record of delivering quality sustainable solutions.

Andy Bitton
Andy has been with ESP for over 30 years and utilising his 40 years experience in the IT industry drives a team of professionals that are responsible for the development of ESP’s extensive product range.
Andy has been involved with ESP since its inception and has an un-paralleled knowledge of the Golf and Leisure industry.

Nikkie Fletcher
With over 30 years experience in providing Admin and Accounts support to the company, Nikkie is one of the founder members of ESP. She is particularly committed to providing excellent Front of House service and ensuring that all ESP staff are Customer focused.
She is dedicated to growing the business in the next few years whilst maintaining a solid financial foundation and is looking forward to collaborating in the business decisions required to move us forward.

Lee Turner-Jefferies
Lee joined ESP in 2000, bringing valuable experience from the hospitality industry as a Trainer and Implementation Consultant. After successfully supporting customers in adopting and maximising the Elite Management System, Lee transitioned into the Sales team, where he now oversees all sales and account management activities and has been the primary point of contact for most new customers over the past decade.
With a comprehensive understanding of Elite and extensive industry experience, his expertise enables him to work closely with both prospective and existing clients to help them maximise the value of their investment in the platform.

Jenny joined ESP in 2014 and has progressed through the company to become Finance & HR Manager. Over the years, she has developed extensive experience across the business, taking on increasing responsibilities in finance, administration, and people management.
Today, Jenny oversees ESP’s finance and HR functions, bringing valuable knowledge, dedication, and a strong understanding of the company to her role.

Mark joined ESP in 1997, bringing a diverse software development background spanning industries from weighing systems to communications within the financial sector. Since then, he has continued to build on this foundation while broadening his technical expertise.
He has played a key role in shaping ESP’s technology, acting as client-side developer for the desktop Elite application and leading development of the highly successful mobile apps on both Apple and Android platforms.
Mark also specialises in systems integration, drawing on his communications experience to design and deliver seamless connections with external services, including EFT and PMS suppliers.

Declan Snowsill
Declan joined ESP in 2024 as a Support Analyst, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting software issues, and helping clients get the most from their systems. His role also includes configuring hardware and ensuring systems are deployed and maintained efficiently.
He is a member of the emergency out-of-hours team, where he responds to critical issues when the office is closed. Declan enjoys problem-solving, learning new technologies, and helping clients and colleagues resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.

Hayley Bennion
Hayley joined the company in 2011, starting her career in Reception before progressing into Sales & Account Management, where she has been a valued member of the team for more than a decade.
With extensive experience and a strong commitment to client relationships, she plays an important role in supporting customers and driving business success through marketing engagement to support business growth.
James Richards
James Richards is an Implementation and Training Consultant at ESP Leisure, bringing over 24 years of experience in the EPOS industry. He works closely with clients to deliver successful system implementations, providing expert guidance, tailored training, and ongoing support to ensure they get the most from their technology investment.

Lauren Pearce
Joining the Administration team in 2023 from a background in early years education, Lauren manages the switchboard, oversees hardware procurement and shipping, and carries out daily reception duties. She plays a key role in maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of front-of-house operations.

Matthew Tibos
Matt joined ESP in 2019 as a Junior Support Analyst and has since progressed to a Support Analyst role. He provides technical support, helps resolve system and application issues, and works closely with customers and colleagues to find solutions.
During his time at ESP, Matt has built strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and is committed to delivering reliable support and a positive customer experience.

Philip Pereira
Philip joined the company in 2004, bringing experience from the IT head office of a retail department store. He has been involved in a range of projects, including point-of-sale hardware, network infrastructure, software testing and back-office UNIX systems. With a focus on software development he has primarily worked to build ESP’s Internet related product offerings since his first day.
Beyond IT he has a background in print media, having contributed to numerous ESP print projects throughout the years and is the creator of the company’s current logo.

Ray Reilly
Ray is a hands-on infrastructure specialist with a strong focus on building and maintaining reliable systems that support customers and internal teams. His experience includes Linux server administration, monitoring platforms, device-imaging solutions, virtualisation projects, hardware evaluation and technical support.
Ray works closely with Sales, Development and Implementation teams, using a practical and collaborative approach to resolve complex technical challenges and deliver well-documented, dependable solutions.
Rebecca Farr
Rebecca has dedicated over 20 years to ESP, consistently demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. She began her career as a receptionist and has since progressed within the Finance Team, reflecting her hard work, experience, and dedication.

Having joined ESP from Barclays Financial Services in 2005, Steven has more than 20 years experience of supporting customers and helping them overcome any issues they encounter in the day to day usage of ESP Hardware and software.
He provides assistance via phone, email, remote desktop and out of hours support, taking pride in delivering a responsive and dependable service in each instance. Steven enjoys the challenge of troubleshooting issues and is dedicated to ensuring that our customers always receive the highest level of support and care.
