Following a successful tender award, Sefton Borough Council are now live with the ESP Central Elite Management System. The Elite Membership, Bookings, Point of Sale and Food & Beverage modules assist with the day to day running across their 7 busy sites and provide invaluable reporting functions to monitor performance. Our integrated Access Control Software and our newly developed Courses and Achievements module will be installed in the next few months. ESP are looking forward to working closely with the Sefton team and forging a strong and rewarding partnership in the years to come.

The ESP team will be heading up to the Marriot Forest of Arden Resort on the 16th and 17th of March for the 2015 GolfBic Conference. This year’s North East Tourism Awards Dinner was held at the amazing "Stadium of Light", home of Sunderland Football Club on 11th November. Our Sales Director, David Stopforth, was a guest of David Hall, Head of Leisure Strategy and Transformation at Northumbrian Water Leisure (NWL) and his team, and was joined by over 350 guests from the leisure and tourism businesses across the region.
